• 01What's included in the $50 sample pack?

  A curated selection across our core packaging formats: material swatches (kraft, white paper, FSC paperboard, PLA compostable films), finish samples (matte, gloss, soft-touch, foil stamping), and a packaging guide booklet with structure options. You can choose “printed” or “unprinted” depending on whether you want to see example print quality.

• 02Is the $50 really credited back?

  Yes. The full $50 is applied as credit toward your first production order. Place your sample order, decide on the packaging that fits your product, and the $50 is automatically deducted from your invoice when production starts.

• 03How fast does the sample pack ship?

  Sample packs ship within 5 business days of order. We use tracked shipping with delivery confirmation, and most orders arrive within 7–10 days domestically. International orders typically arrive within 10–14 days.

• 04Can I get a sample printed with my own design?

  Yes. Unlike most packaging suppliers, we can produce a custom printed sample with your artwork before you commit to production. Reach out via the contact form with your design and packaging format and we’ll quote lead time and cost.

• 05Which materials will I receive?

  Every sample pack includes kraft paper, white paper, FSC-certified paperboard, PLA compostable film, and corrugated. Finish samples cover matte, gloss, soft-touch, and foil stamping. Specialty materials (glassine, bamboo, post-consumer recycled) are available on request.

• 06Do you ship sample packs internationally?

  Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customs duties may apply for destinations outside the EU and US.
